6. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction in Bangladesh.
